​Kuntamo is a purpose-driven, community powered Workforce Studio dedicated to providing career opportunities to individuals over 40 and members of marginalized communities (LGBTQ+, abuse survivors, recovering addicts, reformed former incarcerated individuals, unhoused people, and indigenous communities) of all ages. By empowering them through training and support, we cultivate a workforce that delivers exceptional customer experiences.
Our
Story
Kuntamo—derived from the Sambali word meaning "Ours"—was founded to rewrite the narrative for individuals seeking a fresh start. Inspired by our founders' fathers, who faced career challenges in their 40s after the U.S. Naval bases' closure in the Philippines during the 1990s, we believe everyone deserves a second chance. Partnering with F1 Access Institute (F1 AI), we provide world-class training and a supportive environment, enabling our team to excel and find renewed purpose through meaningful work.​
