Kuntamo Global is hiring on behalf of a confidential US-based startup that’s transforming how Americans connect with mortgage professionals. Our client helps US consumers explore refinancing and home loan options through their digital platform and provides verified, high-quality leads to mortgage brokers across the United States. To support rapid growth, we are building a Telemarketing and Lead Generation Team in the Philippines. About the Role
As a Telemarketing / Lead Generation Specialist, you will play a key role in generating qualified leads and building valuable relationships with both US consumers and mortgage brokers. You’ll be the first point of contact — driving awareness, interest, and conversions through meaningful conversations.
Your responsibilities will include:
-Making outbound calls to US consumers to offer mortgage and refinancing options (B2C).
-Calling US mortgage brokers to promote and sell verified leads (B2B).
-Entering and maintaining accurate lead data in the company’s CRM.
-Working with the lead verification and compliance teams to confirm qualified leads.
-Scrubbing call lists against “Do Not Call” (DNC) databases and ensuring full US TCPA compliance.
-Meeting daily and weekly targets for calls, leads generated, and verified conversions.
-Sharing feedback to improve scripts, campaigns, and lead quality.

Preferred Backgrounds
-Experience in US mortgage or real estate campaigns (appointment setting, refinance, loan processing).
-Lead generation, telemarketing, or outbound sales experience for US clients.
-Background in sales, insurance, credit repair, financial services, or debt consolidation is a plus.
-Prior BPO experience handling outbound US campaigns.
Minimum Qualifications
-At least 1–2 years of experience in telemarketing, lead generation, or outbound sales.
-Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written) are required.
-Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) or dialers (RingCentral, Dialpad, VICIdial, etc.).
-Willing to work in US hours (night shift).
-Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable following compliance procedures.
