Preferred Backgrounds

-Experience in US mortgage or real estate campaigns (appointment setting, refinance, loan processing).

-Lead generation, telemarketing, or outbound sales experience for US clients.

-Background in sales, insurance, credit repair, financial services, or debt consolidation is a plus.

-Prior BPO experience handling outbound US campaigns.

Minimum Qualifications

-At least 1–2 years of experience in telemarketing, lead generation, or outbound sales.

-Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written) are required.

-Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) or dialers (RingCentral, Dialpad, VICIdial, etc.).

-Willing to work in US hours (night shift).

-Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable following compliance procedures.
