Our Story

Kuntamo—from the Sambali word meaning “Ours”—was created to give people a true fresh start. Inspired by our founders’ fathers, who struggled to restart their careers in their 40s after the U.S. Naval base closures in Subic Bay, Philippines in the 1990s, we’re here to rewrite that story. ​

Why We Exist

Founded in 2025, Kuntamo Global is not a typical outsourcing firm. Our community-powered model creates career pathways for overlooked talent—professionals over 40, LGBTQ+ individuals, survivors, those in recovery, and indigenous communities.

We also empower semi-retired and retired professionals to keep contributing, reducing underemployment while strengthening economic participation.

Through B.E.R.T Certification (Building Equity through Re-skilling and Training) with SF HDI and CEFR Business English programs training with LingoPure, our talent delivers exceptional service—while building meaningful fresh starts..
